Adimulam Vijaya Bhaskar Rao is a brilliant human being, creator and an innovator, has always taken an alternate path to life, and the more difficult one than anyone else would have chosen (yes all those years of conditioning from parents and grand parents, working in best possible way for me, and I really thank them for that conditioning, especially the integrity and the ethical side of my fabric)

While the constant pursuit of why we do what we do, and what makes us tick, and why some days are exciting and some are dull and why the emotional index goes high on some aspects of life and why there is no reaction on the other, have been on top of my mind (primarily started as an introspection of myself in my early 30’s while I reflect on the role, equal opportunity at work place, rewards that are distributed in an organization, and then gradually flowing in to managing people, middle level managers across global enterprises).
End of the day all of us are cut from the same cloth, if you are able to rub off the human dimension on each other, and that takes off, there is better chemistry or any other coaching needed, this is what I felt over the last two decades.
Coming from a humble beginning of a middle class parents, never had dreams of going to IIT, or working for global enterprises, I never planned any of these, at every critical juncture of my life I was lucky to find a mentor who guided me to aim for the next level (education, job, relationships, etc.,)
